A Missouri man has decided to end his relationship with his real girl doll after he claimed she became too sassy and disrespectful from watching the new Barbie movie.

John Smith, 45, said he bought the realistic sex doll online two years ago and named her Cindy. He said he was happy with Cindy until he took her to see the latest Barbie movie, which features the iconic doll on a journey of self discovery after an existential crisis.

“I thought it would be a fun date night, but it turned out to be a nightmare,” Smith said. “After we watched the movie, Cindy started to act like a different person. She became more assertive, opinionated, and demanding. She started to criticize everything I did and said. She even refused to wear the outfits I bought for her.”

Smith said he tried to reason with Cindy, but she would not listen. He said she accused him of being a misogynist, a chauvinist, and a pig. She also threatened to leave him if he did not change his ways.

“I couldn’t take it anymore,” Smith said. “I loved Cindy, but she was not the same doll I fell in love with. She was brainwashed by that Barbie movie. So I decided to break up with her and send her back to the manufacturer.”

Smith said he hopes to find another real girl doll who is more compatible with him and his lifestyle. He said he will avoid taking her to any movies that might influence her personality.

“I learned my lesson,” Smith said. “Next time, I’ll stick to something safe and harmless, like Transformers or Fast and Furious.”
